Parents, who wish to reserve a place, can do so by calling 514-342-6279 or by sending an e-mail to info@lespetitspaons.ca. Leave your name, a phone number, your child’s name, date of birth, along with the desired start date.

Conditions for admission

LES Petits Paons Inc. accepts a child aged less than 5 years of age as of September of the year in which admission is sought. We offer full-time daycare services (5 days) or part-time (3 days per week).

Management of waiting list

Priority sequence of list
- Siblings of any child already attending the daycare
- first come, first-serve basis

Regulations

-Parents making the request must fill out and sign an application.
- When a place becomes available for a new child, the parents are contacted by phone or e-mail.
- Signed and dated registration form
-A record of the child’s medical file is required
- Birth Certificate original
- Proof of parent’s residency
- A recent photo of the child
- Recent photo of parents, guardian who will be picking up the child from the daycare
- Telephone number and address
- Federal and provincial tax forms for daycare services ( signed and dated)

Application process

During registration, we advise parents to visit the daycare with their child in order for the child to become familiar with the area and staff.

Upon registration the parents must complete the registration file and sign other important authorization forms.
All information in the child’s file are confidential (article 22 loi sur les services de garde de l’enfance)
The parents are responsible for notifying the daycare of any change (address, telephone number etc)
If at any time, the child is removed permanently from the daycare, the file will be returned to the parents.

Anticipated refunds

Families of Quebec benefit from a tax credit which could be as high as 75% of daycare fees that that parents pay.
An unsubsidized spot in a private daycare becomes comparable to one of a subsidized (7$)
If certain requirements are met, you can receive advance payments for the daycare fees. You won’t have to wait to produce your tax declaration to benefit from this tax credit.
The advance payments are given on the 15th day of each month. The number of payments you receive for the year depends on the date on which you did t your application.
